The Catalan Cava

The Catalan cava is an alcoholic beverage that is drunk in celebrations, especially on Christmas and New Year's Eve. The Cava is very much like Champagne, but its colour is a little clearer. Adults drink it mostly on New Year’s Eve, and sometimes children drink a bit too. People drink Cava once they’ve had dinner. And when they have the dessert, and someone proposes a toast, people collide glasses and drink a little.
